Rotator or Mass Join?

I am thinking of setting up a team support/building site for Rolution.
I am having a hard time deciding which method is best for this.
My choices so far (feel free to bring up others) are an Affiliate Link Rotator or a Group Join (sometimes called an Attack Method).

Pros and Cons:

URL Rotator:

Pro - Everyone promotes the same rotator link and everyone gets an equal chance of acquiring downline.
Con - May take longer than you first month to be in profit while waiting for new members.
Con - Can’t really guarantee equal signups, only equal redirects to the Affiliate Links.
Con - As signups are spread around, Some bonuses, like $50 for 5 referrals in one week may not happen.
Con - Does not reward people that promote more than others.

Mass Join:

Con - Not equal chance for all members.
Pro - Everyone joins under their referrer in the team build at the same time.
Pro - Great chance of extra bonuses because of the timing.
Pro - Greater chance of immediate spillover.
Pro - Greater chance of immediate profit.

Plan:

After using a Pro and Con list, I think that I already have my answer.
I think the answer might be different depending on the Pay Plan of the business in question, but for Rolution, a Mass Join with a Rotator may be best.

Here is the plan:

Set up a Mass Add Team Build Site for Rolution.
Each member will have their own unique referral ID to the Team Builder.
People will promote their own Affiliate URL to the Mass Add Site.
A launch date will be set.
At Launch Time, member will all join about the dame time.
Set another launch date and repeat!

Benefits:

Great Spillover effect.
Better chance of the $50 for 5 referrals in one week bonus.
The Rotator helps to spread the referrals around.

Open Question:

How do we reward those that promote more?
We could have people join under their referrer unless their info is blank, then use a rotator.  I think in this case, maybe they should be removed from the rotator when showing their ID to their referrals.
We could just add them to the rotator multiple times. Maybe once, then once more per Team Build Referral. Or once more per threshold, like every 5 referrals earns another rotator spot.
